Booking, Usage & Delivery Policy
- To secure your session, a 50% booking deposit is required. The remaining balance is due after the session and prior to gallery delivery. Booking deposits are non-refundable; however, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- All images captured during sessions remain the exclusive intellectual property of Donz Creative Studios. By engaging our services, clients grant the studio the unrestricted right to publish and use images for portfolio, marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes across all media platforms. Clients with specific privacy concerns must notify the studio in writing prior to the session.
- Proof galleries are typically available online within 72 hours following the session for client selection. Selected, professionally retouched images are delivered approximately one week after final selections are made.
