1. Session Cancellations:

By the Client:

  • If you cancel your scheduled photography session 7 days or more prior to the session date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding any non-refundable booking fees or deposits as clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • If you cancel your session within 2 days of the scheduled date, the booking fee or deposit (if applicable) will be non-refundable. Any remaining balance paid may be refunded at the discretion of Bango Photography, depending on the circumstances.
  • For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or in the case of a no-show, the full session fee may be non-refundable.

By Bango Photography:

  • In the unlikely event that Bango Photography needs to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, severe weather), you will be offered the option to reschedule your session at no additional cost or receive a full refund of all payments made.

2. Rescheduling:

  • Clients may request to reschedule their session at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to photographer availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may incur a rescheduling fee, at the discretion of Bango Photography.

3. Dissatisfaction with Final Images:

  • We take great pride in our work and strive for your complete satisfaction. However, photography is a subjective art form. While we will work closely with you to understand your vision and preferences before the session, refunds will generally not be offered based on subjective dissatisfaction with the artistic style or aesthetic of the final images.
  • In the event of technical issues with the camera or equipment resulting in unusable images, a reshoot will be offered at no additional cost, or a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of Bango Photography.
  • If you have specific concerns about your final images (e.g., editing issues), please contact us within [Insert number, e.g., 7] days of receiving your gallery. We will review your concerns and make reasonable efforts to address them through further editing or adjustments.

4. Digital Products (If Applicable):

  • Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., digital downloads of images), refunds are generally not offered once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
  • If you experience technical difficulties with downloading or accessing your digital products, please contact us, and we will provide assistance.

5. Print Products and Albums:

  • Refunds or replacements for print products (e.g., prints, albums) will only be offered in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if you encounter any such issues, providing photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund upon verification.

6. No-Show Policy:

If you fail to arrive for your scheduled photography session without prior notice, the session fee will be non-refundable.

7. Refund Process:

  • All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

This refund policy may be subject to exceptions as explicitly stated in a separate contract or agreement signed between Bango Photography and the client.
